Immaculately clean room Attractive thoughtfully kitted out room. Walk in shower. Hamper and mini bar for those that need it( I didn’t but it was nice touch.)

V v hot on entering room. Had to turn off radiator and waisted energy by opening window. Central location. V attentive welcoming staff. Lots of nice spaces to sit and eat at down stairs. Did not feel awkwardly exposed as a so traveller. V little parking facilities.. but paying car park right behind property was available. ( roughly £1:20 an hour til 6:30 pm. Free Sundays )

I was given a fantastic clean room and the staff were very helpful and friendly . The only downside was that there was no lift which meant I needed help to take my luggage to the room . Luckily it was not too busy so that meant I could park my transit van in their car park. I will return if I need to work at Champneys Forest Mere again .

Just that there was no lift but the staff member did help me with my luggage .

The staff were amazing Paulina and Amy were fantastic made our stay feel so special. It was our 20 year wedding anniversary.

Stayed for one night in one of the standard double rooms. All the staff from check-in to check-out were friendly & helpful, the room itself was perfect (lots of space in the room, has a desk and tv, bed was comfy, shower was a lot bigger then we expected very modern, it had a small fridge and everything was clean). Restaurant & bar downstairs which was really good. Just remember there is no lift (which they state on the listing) if you come with heavy/lots of bags. This was no bother to us though as we knew this ahead of time.

Great hotel that has been tastefully renovated. I enjoyed it very much and the staff were great!
