El hotel es hermosos. Fui varias veces. En esta oportunidad no quedé conforme por un motivo puntual

Elegimos ir esta vez para disfrutar de la piscina. Y después de cobrarnos nos dicen que no está habilitada. Eso lo tienen que avisar al momento de reservar. Me cobraron lo mismo que si hubiese disfrutado de la piscina. Me parece muy mal que no avisen.

El desayuno muy bien, bastante variado y rico. Completo, con opciones de panificados, huevo revuelto y frutas. El personal está atento y reponiendo continuamente. La piscina interior es bastante amplia y tiene un gimnasio que está barbaro. Mucha tranquilidad y lindas vistas.

La temperatura del jacuzzi y la piscina interior estaba muy alta, mucha gente no podía soportar más de unos pocos minutos el calor, estaría bueno que monitorizaran y controlaran la temperatura.

Las instalaciones

Se nota en un año que ha disminuido la calidad del desayuno y el restaurante, una noche la comida fue muy escasa y otra noche no nos tomaron reserva (en otros años se preocupaban por ubicar y dar servicio), se enojaron cuando avisamos que uno de los comensales era celíaco. Llevamos varios años alojandonos allí.

Es un hotel que elegimos por la amplitud de los espacios al aire libre sobre todo. Los niños pueden andar en bicicleta o jugar sin peligro del tránsito (es mínimo).

Lamentablemente el estado de las piscinas. Casi sin limpieza (aún entendiendo que estaba casi lleno el agua no puede estar tan turbia). Y el desayuno bastante mas escaso respecto a años anteriores. No en variedad sino en cantidad y calidad. Y algunos detalles de mantenimiento puntuales en la estadía como ser la jarra eléctrica rota y la traba de la puerta de la habitación no funcionaba.
