Was here for work was a good stay

Getting to the room was very easy & quick. Interacting with motel personnel was enjoyable & they took care of us. Would stay there again.

Clean and convenient location.

The front desk staff (Alicia) was FANTASTIC! She went above customer service care and we felt her genuine care and compassion for our early departure. Definitely will stay here again!

Alicia was very professional and courteous at check in. She made arrive smooth, welcoming and inviting. The property and room were clean, spacious, lovely and up-to-date.

The service and workers were great.

Overall is good. Front desk was not so friendly, but it is ok, I don’t have to pay much attention to their attitude.

Excellent

We had an AWFUL experience here, did not stay- ended up having to book and pay for another room. We had paid for a 3 night stay in advance. Our flight in was delayed and we didn’t get in until about 3am. When we arrived there was no one at the front desk and after 45 min we had to call corporate just to find out that our reservation had been marked as “No Show” and was cancelled. We ended up being at the front desk for over an hour and the employee who was supposed to be working never surfaced. Corporate wasn’t much help either, when I called I was put on hold for 10 minutes while they tried to call the phone at the empty front desk that I was standing at. They gave no solution other than to book another stay with them, which we not so politely declined. We were told no refund could be made. We ended up going across the street and had a great experience. Would give ZERO stars if I could.
