No decaf coffee! Cardiac patients can’t have caffeine. Never been to a place with no decaf.

I accidentally booked the wrong night as we booked last second while traveling on the road. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful in getting the situation fixed for us. Breakfast was good. Overall it was a convenient, clean and friendly stay.

The staff were very helpful and apologetic, but the rooms were dirty. The first room had dirt in and under the pull out bed mattress. The second room's a/c went out. Then the third room had bugs in the bathroom. I finally just asked for my money back and went somewhere else.

The location was convenient to get to off the interstate. The hotel was very clean, beds comfortable, bathroom clean also surprisingly very quiet.

Location wasn’t the best for us. Bed had a metal frame that popped every time we rolled over. Very floral smell in room.

The room was nice and a good deal for the price. My issue was how rude the staff was. Someone spilled a drink in the elevator and my ten year old daughter mentioned it to the front desk clerk who was immediately rude and snappy and that’s never acceptable but especially with a child who’s just trying to do the right thing. I’ll never stay there again. Also, when I was taking stuff to my car as we were leaving several staff members were rude in their ways of communicating with me. One of the house keepers who didn’t speak a lick of English sat on her car for what must have been her 30 minutes lunch break and stared at me and my wife and kids for what seemed like forever. This is the first time I’ve ever had an experience like this with a hotel. I definitely won’t stay here ever again.
