Customer service was great! Room was very clean. Breakfast was decent.

The steam room smelled very mildewy and I could see black spots of mold. Once I told the staff, they were eager to investigate immediately.

"Cramped Room, not functional"

We loved the pool and the beds were comfortable

The room was cramped, I couldn't sit at the desk to study for my final exam because my husband or daughter needed to walk past me to the bathroom or get something from the fridge. Room 201 is very poorly designed, which is unfortunate. This wasn't our first stay at the hotel in Olds but this experience left a sour taste in my mouth.
