Staff,not clean,very musky smell, door didn’t lock,bedsheets dirty and smelt,bathroom was not clean,mattress was dirty room had flies and WiFi was poor.

Served fresh, Very Good Breakfast with Good spread to satisfy most. Spacious Rooms. Staff were attentive & extremely helpful towards our queries.

When we checked in, dirty wrinkled bed sheets and pillow covers were provided. After complaining, they changed it but the replacements were also stained. Even after changing 3-4 times we still got dirty covers. The toilet was also dirty and not cleaned properly. They charge five star prices, but the service does not meet even basic standards with no focus on cleanliness or hygiene. The breakfast plates and spoons were also not properly washed.
