Excellent facilities and staff as always

I asked if pets are allowed in the hotel.I informed the concierge that we have a cat .They asked and called me back saying that only dogs up to 8 kilos are permitted strictly!!!….and we were surprised to see in the facility and in between guests not only big dogs but also cats…What a disappointment for such a facility….so unprofessional!!!
