"Wonderful relaxing stay!"

We stayed here as a family and had a wonderful time. Fantastic accommodation, an amazing array of restaurants to choose from, a lovely beach with a warm sea, friendly staff…. and all within easy reach of some of the most amazing historical sites in the world. What more could you wish for?!

this resort hotel has best in class service , quality of rooms , quality of breakfast. the breakfast has so much variety of choices and all has best taste. we visited the resort Italian restaurant ( Da Luigi) which has best in class dishes! the indoor health club has heated pool and jacuzzi so perfect for rainy days. the hotel has decided to upgrade our rooms which was of a nice favor and a had been a good surprise .. 100% we will return

Beautiful resort, lots of nature and sorrounding plants are amazing, thumbs to all the gardeners keeping the place up. Breakfasts were nice, lots of variety for everyone, including vegetarians and vegans, fresh food, accommodating staff always ready to meet our expectations. Great facilities for kids, a lot of swimming pools, excellent beach with nice bar and sunbeds. I'd recommend going in low season, as you get better prices and there's way less people than in the peak of the summer.

On the occasion of my birthday, we spent a few relaxing days at the beautiful Romanos. We truly enjoyed our stay! The team surprised me with flowers, balloons, and champagne, making my birthday extra special. The staff was always smiling and friendly, anticipating our needs. Exceptional service in all areas and especially Gioula and Erieta at the breakfast area, Manolis, Giorgos, Melina, and Christos at the Romanos pool, and Panagiota from the Housekeeping team. Thank you all for an unforgettable stay.

Excelente, muy impresionante el desayuno. Las instalaciones son muy bonitas, lujosas El personal extremadamente atento y encantador La puesta de sol desde la terraza del lounge es impresionante, las bebidas muy razonables de precio

Es un resort enorme, te tienen que gustar este tipo de alojamientos de estar casi encerrado Los precios del spa un poco excesivos

"Money Owed has Not Been Returned"

We had a good time at the Romanos BUT, money owed has NEVER been returned. One Hundred Euros was deducted daily from our credit cards for the privilege of paying at restaurants by simply signing name and specifying room number. At the end of our stay, at checkout, I was told by Christina who checked us out that one of our rooms (specifically room 4410; we had booked several rooms) had accumulated a surplus of 232.90 Euros, and that amount would be returned as a credit to the credit card that we had used. THIS NEVER HAPPENED. It's now October and I haven't seen any credit on the credit card. When I called Costa Navarino to inquire, I was told that it's my bank's fault. I find that HARD TO SWALLOW. I've checked with my bank; it's not my bank's fault. It appears that Costa Navarino has not done it's job properly for the money to be returned. This has left me with a sour taste regarding the resort. Sincerely, Peter D. Karabinis.
