Alma Motel

Terrible. Horrible check in. Not clean.

The motel is old, but perfect for one night to pick up child from the local college. Everything was very close to the motel, fast food, restaurants, department stores. Very convenient.

We didn't have to walk down hallway to get out most of the room was updated

No breakfast not enough towels for 2 couples they complained that I went thru booking.com an didn't pay full price

No coffee pot in the room. “Breakfast” is a joke

Right next to a McD's. A short walk to Cancun Mexican.

The reception staff was very rude.The american lady at reception was very rude and one of indian staff also behaved very rudely( don’t know their names so just can mention like this) I had to stay there as that was the only motel in that area.But I was treated as if I was staying free.They say coffee free whole day but I was told that I was not allowed to take even water from there after breakfast time is over.Leave aside coffee free for whole day I was told not to take even water from machine after breakfast timing is over.I requested them to give me water bottle and I will pay for it as I didn’t have water in room. I was told they don’t have water bottles and was told to buy it from outside. It was snowing badly and I didn’t have car so had to stay without water I have never seen any hotel or motel where customers are told not to take water from dispensing machine after breakfast time is over and reception staff treats customers like this. If you call reception staff there to room for some problem they refuse and if they come then they show their anger as if did some crime by calling them. My problem was I didn’t have any alternative as that was only motel nearby in that area so I had to stay there few days despite of this behaviour from staff. It seems this is a family run motel in which the daughter in law of that family and american staff at reception are very very rude.

There wasn’t nothing I didn’t like I would definitely stay there again and I probably will stay there again. I have family that live in the area and that’s where I will stay when I visit.
