CGH Résidences & SPAS Le Ruitor

Sur un weekend d'été, nous n'avons pas été déçu. Le confort était au rdv, le personnel très serviable et toujours à notre écoute. Nous recommandons cette résidence aussi bien pour les couples que pour les familles.

Très bon accueil et très bon service ; T2 bien équipé et très confortable ; très bon équipement piscine , sauna , hammam ; bon rapport qualité/prix ; Très bien quand semaine ensoleillée et que l 'on a un véhicule pour circuler dans les environs ; petite station déserte l ' été ;

Great location, close enough to walk to the ski lifts and a shuttle bus is also on hand. Staffs were great, very friendly and there are plenty of facilities in the hotel (such as a pool). The apartment was clean, spacious and contained everything one would need to have a comfortable stay. Would suggest you stock up on food in Bourg-Saint-Maurice before heading up to Sainte-Foy Tarentaise (better selection and better prices). I would stay again here!

Un complexe s'intégrant parfaitement à la nature dans le respect de l'architecture locale. Seul bémol, certains immeubles sont en construction, mais cela sera vite terminé ;). A la réception l'accueil y est à la fois professionnel mais aussi chaleureux et à l'écoute. La propreté est parfaite et la détente dans le sauna, hammam et piscine est idéale après une journée sportive. Les appartements sont spacieux. Suffisamment rare à la montagne que pour être souligné. Tout cela nous a permis de passer de merveilleuses vacances.

Vi var 5 personer, 2 vuxna och 3 barn (13 år, 13 år och 16 år) Hotellet var rent och snyggt, bra standard och fin pool och bastu. Trevliga och tillmötesgående personal. Man kunde beställa bröd som man fick till sin frukost. Ingen frukost servereras på hotellet utan man lagar mat i lägenheten. Bra utrustat kök med hög standard. Åker gärna tillbaka. Lite konstigt dock som nordbo att det var endast tillåtet för personer över 16 att vara i bastun. Vi åkte skidor i Tignes och dit var det ca 20 minuters bilfärd. Precis bredvid hotellet fanns liftar och backar som också verkade fina men det området var inte lika stort som Tignes/Val d'isere men skulle nog passa utmärkt bra för barnfamiljer med mindre barn.

Хорошие чистые номера, до подъемника 10 мин в гору идти, но утром ходит скибас. Сам курорт очень маленький и "уютный", зона катания небольшая (всего 4 кресельных подъемника), идеален для новичков и детей, но продвинутым лыжникам здесь тоже не скучно, катались 6 дней и желания поехать покататься в Лез Арк или вал Де зир не было ни разу. Из минусов: дебильное расписание работы ресепшен, если приехали, когда они закрыты, будете гулять перед закрытыми дверями отеля. Отсутствие уборки и замены полотенец, ранний чекаут.

The hotel has a great location, the rooms were very clean and also the halls. In addition, the kitchen in the room was very well equipped with kitchen tools. We actually opted to eat in the room because it was so nice. A couple of nuissances, however: the reception and the indoor pool both close at 8 pm. Why? It is a 4 star hotel, so both should be open until at least 10 pm. We arrived at 7:45 pm and looked forward to a swim in the pool. The handout we got at the reception said it closed at 11 pm. Alas, the handout was wrong. It should had said 11 am in the morning!! In addition, we did not get the code for the wifi in the room. When I returned 20 minutes later to get it, the reception was closed. Why not give the wifi code on arrival? Almost everyone needs it anyway. Breakfast could be ordered the day before until 7 pm even though the reception closes at 8 pm. Therefore we could not order breakfast the first night on arrival. Why not be flexible and send the order even though it was 7:45 pm. Very inflexible service. In short: Great hotel, but inflexible service.

Hôtel propre qui propose des chambres tout confort, une cuisine bien équipée et un spa qui mérite la visite. Il faut juste savoir qu'aucune consommation est possible dans cet hôtel. Nous étions 6 personnes et très content de notre séjour.

A really wonderful hotel with fantastic views. Our only gripe was that it was a 5 minute walk up a hill to the ski slopes and with 2 young children we had to use the car to carry all the equipment the short distance every day. Also, the website advertised a hairdryer and dvd player in the apartment. We had to request the loan of a hairdryer from reception since it was not in the apartment and to use the advertised dvd player we had to collect one from reception and pay 8 euros to hire it. This was not made clear on the website prior to our stay. However, the rooms were a good size, facilities were excellent and rooms furnished to a great standard. Beds comfy too. Would stay there again if it was a little closer to the slopes.
