Over priced. Sink and shower water leaks. Was not able to bath tub for child. Stopper would not stay down. Dogs were barking in the evening.

Good location. But walls are too thin -- don't like hearing other peoples' TVs and voices between the walls late at night. They went a little heavy on the cleaning products too -- it smelled strong.
