I liked having a fridge and microwave .

The location was noisy. The description said unit included a balcony and a view of the vineyard. I got a view of the street and no balcony. I asked for a quiet room and was awake ed at midnight with people yelling in the street.

We had to change our dates due to the weather and power outage. The staff not only accommodated us, but we're kind enough to let my parents get an early check in. It was a busy holiday weekend, so their thoughtfulness was truly appreciated. The hotel is lovely, with well maintained grounds and beautifully appointed rooms. I would happily have family stay there again. Thank you everyone at West Sonoma Inn for taking such good care of my family.

There was nothing to dislike. Only 1 small issue with the control to the heater in 1 room. The staff took care of it immediately. Just needed new batteries. Truthfully, given the storm that raged through our area only 2 days b4 check in, the staff did a remarkable job getting the storm debris cleaned up outside. My family were very pleased with their rooms and quite comfortable.
