I visit Plattsburgh every August and plan to stay at Hampton Inn & Suites every time. I am in my mid-80s and am very comfortable in this hotel. The room was great and the breakfast above average. Front desk personal were friendly and helpful.

There was a water issue on the first floor with a fan running in the elevator room, but it was handled as well as possible

"One of the best Hamptons."

This was one the best Hampton Inn experiences we have had in a long time. Clean and well maintained property. The excellent breakfast, and exceptionally friendly, courteous and helpful staff, especially was the cherry on top. Will be my preferred hotel the next time I am in the area.
