La amabilidad de todo el personal del hotel. El desayuno es completo y muy bueno, al igual que la cena. Cuenta con una piscina de ocio, además de una piscina de 25 metros para nadar. Máquinas nuevas en el gimnasio, pequeño pero muy completo.

No tengo ningún pero con respecto al hotel.

The room we stayed in was beautiful. It was spacious, quiet and beautifully designed and solid. It was very close to the beach ( even though we did not use it ). The hotel grounds are big and spacious to give enough room to the people who stay and enjoy the pool side. It was good that the separation between the kids pool and the adult pool. They have also nicely allocated kids time and adults time to the spa. It was our wedding anniversary and thanks to the staff they had nicely decorated our room. Many thanks to them.

Unfortunately there was sewage smell coming out of the bathroom time to time. We only stayed 2 nights hence did not bother us much. Maybe a recommendation a room signage would be helpful for the guests to find their room as it is it clear where to when you arrive to each floor.

Staff was amazing - always friendly and willing to help. The hotel's common spaces were spacious and welcoming. Rooms were large and clean. Beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable.

The entrances into the hotel room, the main part of the living space, and into the bathroom are VERY low. My husband is tall (but not overly so) and had to duck when passing through. It is especially challenging to remember in the middle of the night when you get up to go to the bathroom. Unfortunately, he whacked his head multiple times - making for a frustrating visit. Additionally, please do note that this is a family-friendly hotel. Our kids are grown, so it took us a some time to get used to the noise level at the breakfast buffet.
