The staff was English friendly and informative.

From personal perspective, the hotel should lower their stars, maybe, they used to be 5star hotel, but definitely not anymore. The mold is literally everywhere, my sister had to fix shower doors in order to use it. During the rain it felt like it’s raining inside, the doors lost their strength and it looked like opened, even one of our rooms had a cracked window. The chair or sofa is super dirty, stinks in the closets. Double bed room basically had to separate beds pushed together. There is nothing what to eat in the restaurant, and even though we tried something it had a terrible taste. At least the staff were friendly. They able to communicate in English Reception ladies also nice. Well if you ever think of staying there, look for something better. This hotel needs renovation asap.

Soggiorno semplicemente perfetto. Senza nemmeno chiedere ci è stato fatto un upgrade di stanza, un gesto davvero apprezzato. Lo staff è impeccabile, sempre disponibile e cordiale. Pulizia impeccabile e colazione ottima, con tanta scelta e prodotti di qualità. Non potevamo chiedere di meglio: esperienza super consigliata!
