Ottima l'accoglienza dello staff alla reception

La posizione era fuorimano rispetto alla stazione ferroviaria di Pisa centrale, ma soprattutto lo staff del bar è stato maleducato e assolutamente non professionale, il servizio è stato frettoloso e scarso, in quanto davano l'impressione di volersene andare prima dell'orario di chiusura del bar/ristorante. Uno dei peggiori servizi mai avuti.

Niente…

La struttura non coincide con le foto da Booking, non mi sembra una qualità da 5 stelle. Bagno pieno di muffa, pavimento gonfio e rotto. Letto e diavanetto sporchi e con muffa. La sala colazioni ha le sedie sporche, rotte, e con muffa, dai muri della sala cadono i ragni. Una esperienza molto deludente. Non consiglio, odore di canalizzazione e di vecchio.

Ystävällinen nainen vastaanotossa.

Huone vaihdettiin ja siellä haistoi homeen hajun ja ulko ovi oli turvonnut kosteusvaurioista johtuen, ettei auennut kuin puoleen väliin. Kylpyhuoneen ovi ei mennyt kiinni kun se oli turvonnut kosteudesta. Aamupalalla munakkaassa oli pitkä musta karva.
