Location was good! Bed pretty comfortable and liked that you got cable tv.

The toilet was too small, too close to the wall making almost impossible to use the toilet.

"Great basic room at a good price. Location is great."

Basic necessities of a small little apt Location Beach is less than 2 blocks away. Parking (fee) No nonsense.

Needs a refresher, a lil old, but not complaining.
