Very unique experience staying in the covered waygon. All the staff that we encountered was very friendly. The property is beautiful and has a great location

Very interesting property. Swiss Theme. Separate, well equipped cabins for your stay. Very peaceful and scenic: babbling brook, wildlife. We were there on a Tuesday & Wednesday evening so couldn’t experience the Club, etc. Convenient to Fredericksburg town center, et. al. Is it worth $330. + per night? Probably not, but I am glad we experienced the property.

The cabins are absolutely gorgeous and well maintained. All the comforts of home, but they also elude an old world charm. Highly recommended for those who want to get away, but are actually only minutes away from great wine, shopping, and German cuisine, all nestled in the heart of the Texas hill country.

Even though you're on the edge of Fredericksburg, you feel as though you are in the country. If you love animals, this is the place. Cats, ducks, etc. all are very friendly. Little interaction with the staff, but responsive when you need something. Restaurant and music on the grounds.
