"Very good"

The location was convenient with a short walk to the outlet mall and a couple of good places to eat. The breakfast was better than expected--variety and plentiful. Several types of good coffee.

I would prefer tile, painted cement, or wood floor instead of carpets. Carpets tend to hold smells and dust.

"Dated but Well-located for Gaffney Shopping Outlet"

The room was dated, but spacious. The bathroom could have done with a good clean (mould on the shower curtain, hair on the floor). The receptionists were lovely and extremely friendly. The breakfast was a basic help yourself American style, but was plentiful. The location of the hotel was excellent, being a 5 minute walk from the Premium Outlets, so in that respect, it was great to stay in!

Wonderful staff, the lady that checked me in gave me a bereavement discount after mentioning I was there for a funeral. She was very friendly and went above and beyond! The room was very clean too!

My wife fell and fractured her femur at the property…all staff would do is fill out an incident report, according to “corporate policy” and “they” would get back to us! No time period was given as to when they would respond! Meanwhile, my wife had to undergo surgery to repair her broken leg after a long ambulance ride to another city!
