Air conditioner worked great. Beds were pretty good breakfast was ok

There were so many people in pool and hot tub we couldn't even use them and that was main reason for our stay

"TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE"

The service here is terrible. Nothing but a money scheme. I came here with some co-workers on a business trip and just by the company name we worked for they didn’t like us. Started harassing us saying we was gonna do nothing but smoke in their hotel and be a nuisance. I’m here for WORK. NOT A VACATION. They tried charging us $50 for laundry soap and after the non stop harassment from the manager they charged our card $500 for smoking fee ( there’s 2 rooms). No one here with us even smokes, not cigarettes, vapes, nor weed. We was here on BUSINESS matters and got nothing but harassed. The rooms aren’t even that great here they changed our sheets and was always stained. Breakfast in the morning is terrible and they don’t keep up with it.
