Near the airport.

Notice sent to me 2 days before my flight to wait at door 202, terminal E, then call front desk. Upon arrival called front desk and was asked to transfer to door 105 terminal C. Almost midnight and coming from a 30 hours flight, had to walk my way with all my luggage. Please advise property that such change of shuttle pick up location should be communicated to customers in advance

"Close to airport but tired rundown hotel"

Close to the airport but rundown tired hotel. Staff seemed indifferent. Air conditioner would reset and only blow fan. Woke up several times over night to fiddle with the controls to get it to blow cool air

"This hotel met my expectations"

I arrived late, the shuttle was there when I walked outside of the terminal, and the airport is close to the hotel. The room was quiet, comfortable and clean. I was happy with the hotels breakfast in the morning and they have excellent coffee. I had a slightly later check out and they didnt charge me for 2 extra hours, so thank you for that.
