Close to airport and it had a shuttle.

It was not very clean and the curtains were torn and would not close all the way.

Customer service excellent, especially with correspondence on multiple questions before stay

The facilities are run down. Carpets are not clean. Breakfast used disposable dishes very wasteful!!

"I will be staying there again when visiting Humble."

It was in close proximity to the venue I was going. A variety of nice restaurants were within 10 minutes. The complimentary breakfast was also good.

I just had a question and no one had an answer. The last lady did tell me to call back and talk to the manager. I never did call back.
