"Excellent Hotel"

Nice-sized room; comfortable beds; friendly, attentive staff; clean facilities; warm pool and hot jacuzzi; nice-sized and well-equipped exercise room (free-weights, treadmill, elliptical). Great for an adult weekend away from the kids.

Pool is not the typical, lounge-by-the-pool kind of pool; exercise room is way too warm.

"Another good stay at Viana"

this hotel is probably one of the best on Long Island - good location, clean rooms, very helpful staff and for a reasonable price

the balcony wasn't sealed properly so the heat kept escaping the room (and it was 15F outside) - we told the staff to have this fixed

"Always a pleasure at the Viana"

Always a wonderful stay at the Viana the facility is clean and well maintained they have an excellent restaurant and Bar and the bed is above and beyond exceptional

First room they placed me in smelled of cigarette smoke I asked to be moved and she changed me in 5 minutes to a different room

"Over-the-top nicer than I expected, and the property was beautiful clean and everything was great"

The bed was extremely comfortable. It was quiet. Staff was wonderful. I would certainly stay there again with other issue.

"Business Conference"

We needed conference space for 15 people with audio and video equipment for presentations. Also required catering for breakfast and lunch. The Viana staff did a great job. Would definitely would book again for our next conference.
