Very old dirty smelly rooms

Close to shopping..

This was a great place to crash before our cruise. This hotel had the smoothest check in, our room was clean, and we loved the Bluetooth mirror in the bathroom, perfect for getting ready. It is walking distance to a great shopping center with many food options. The shuttle from the airport was also a wonderful service. They don’t reserve pick up ahead of time, but we waited less than 30 minutes.

Absolutely the worst customer service I ve ever experienced in a hotel. We booked a room with 2 double beds through Priceline. When we arrived they gave us a room with a single king. When we asked to switch it to what we had booked the front desk person refused even though they had rooms available. Can we talk to a manager? No. Can we cancel the reservation and rebook the proper room. NO. We spent almost 2 hours with Priceline rebooking the room... But when we showed her the confirmation from Priceline she still refused to give us the room until it came through on their system. By this time it was 11:30 at night and we had no idea if we would ever get a room. We finally cancelled with Priceline, booked att another local hotel, and got out of this dump as quickly as possible. Worst service ever.

Staff very friendly, helpful and caring. Rooms clean and big.

Guests piled food up in garbages overnite. Too many add one i.e., shuttle, breakfast, wanted milk for coffee but had to pay for this!

Cleanliness and staff were pleasant.

I would have enjoyed a bathtub
