Room was a bit crowded with furniture that is obviously for a long term stay, moved what we could to avoid tripping.

The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly. The room was nice. The kitchen had everything needed for an extended stay. You can even borrow extra stuff if needed. The only hiccup was a fire alarm Wednesday morning. I didn’t see anyone evacuate. There is still a hold on my checking account after a week. For $140,00. I don’t know what that is about.

Great stay and great service. I accidentally booked our room for the wrong date on the app. I found this problem right before check in at 8pm. The desk staff was amazing and super helpful in fixing the problem. She worked with hotels.com customer service to fix the problem and we were in our room within 20-30 minutes. Pool and hot tub were good. Room was super clean.

Curtains were torn, sheets had stains, hot tub didn't turn on

the property was very nice and clean, the food was really good, the front desk was so helpful.

I like that the room had a kitchenette with dishes and a full size refrigerator. The closet was very spacious. The pool was fantastic.

There was a loud screeching sound when the shower faucet was going for awhile. The beds need to be replaced. But it was very soft and comfortable. The blankets were not thick enough.
