"Very inconvenient, dirty, and a waste of money."

The hotel had construction going on on the 3rd floor. The floor my room was on. There was drywall debris all through the hallway. Then in the entry way floor of our room. The TV did not work at all. Got 3 different remotes from front desk. Then front desk came up to the room and tried to get TV to work. They could not, basically told us oh well our bad. Then the next morning when I told them about it the new employees at the front desk they told me the same thing sorry nothing we can do about it though. Absolute disaster very unclean very disappointed huge waste of money. What love a refund if I could.

The location was perfect for the venue and restaurants. The room was spacious and clean. The floor was quiet. The service was great. I needed face towels and an extra blanket and the staff brought the items up to the room. The atmosphere was comfortable.

"Unsafe. Noisy."

They put us on a floor where workers were painting until midnight and playing a radio in the hallway. When we entered our room, there were paint footprints on the carpet - leading up to our luggage which we’d left open since the afternoon. They had keys to our room which the front desk confirmed. I felt very unsafe and completely creeped out by this invasion of our privacy. Why wouldn’t you just place people on a floor that wasn’t being worked on? Absolute trash. Never again.
