Hébergement Mont-Sainte-Anne

Quick business meeting and this was the perfect place to stay. Right at Mont Ste-Anne, great view, well organized system to check in and out. And the price was very reasonable.

Disapointed because there was a lot of debris on concrete debris on the entrance. The couch bed was not functionnal.

We were excited to see the facilities. The receptionist was welcoming, no hassle. We enjoyed our stay in property. Great place for relaxing and exploring nature.

I liked the kitchenette, but our bathroom had mold. The overall property is in good shape. The check in and key collection was entirely done through texts and email instructions which was convenient. The only staff I met at key was a bit surly. Good location though and lots of restaurants open around it in the off season.

Needs to be upgraded and renovated. Age is showing in the facility.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this accommodation. The photos shown on Expedia’s website are completely misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the property. It felt like a scam. When I contacted Expedia to raise my concerns, their response was that they are "just an agent." That is completely unacceptable. By listing and promoting this property, Expedia is directly enabling fraudulent behavior. Shame on you, Expedia, for not vetting your listings properly and for failing to take responsibility when customers are misled. Your lack of accountability makes you complicit in this deception.
