"Not good at all"

I called ahead to let them know we would not be checking in until after midnight and to make sure they had my room saved, they said no problem. When I arrived at 2 am they said that the hotel was overbooked and they didn't have a room for me. She then said she would "upgrade" me to a king suite with a pull out sofa. There were 4 of us and my son in law is 6'5" and had to sleep on the pull out sofa that was not even a full size bed in which was a horrible thin mattress and his legs/feet hung off the bed. Not worth the $270 we were charged way over rated.

"My stay was very short but very underwhelming. I would not stay here again"

It was close to the airport and cruise port

The toilet did not flush properly and the staff would not help much. They came to repair the toilet but left it disgusting. Was told someone would be back to clean it and that never happened. Just nasty

"Overall it was a nice hotel with helpful staff that I would return to in the future."

The breakfast was really good. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious.

The water started backing up in the tub during my shower.
