Carpet was atrocious, furniture was falling apart key lock on door didn’t work, had to go get them to let me in my room for 3 days straight. They advertised breakfast which turned out to be cereal and waffles. I didn’t bother. Room is cleaned every other day. I won’t be back.

I want to start by saying I travel pretty worldly, frequently, & I’m not at all a hotel snob. I have stayed in this location several other times, so I felt confident booking again. Upon arrival, the lady that checked me in was extremely sweet, & we actually ended up chatting for a while before I went to my room. I entered my room & everything looked clean & orderly, but I soon realized the door latch was broken. No biggie. The door doesn’t open without a key card, but that extra layer of protection is more comforting for a solo female traveler. The room had a nice TV, and working refrigerator and microwave. Later in the evening, I realized as I was getting ready to use the bathtub that it didn’t have a stopper, & After using the shower, I realized the hairdryer in the room didn’t work, which was frustrating because I didn’t bring one, being that I knew one was included with the room. I did try switching the plug and resetting the outlet & dryer itself to no avail. As it got later, I noticed 3 men parked in the very back corner hanging out on a truck bed against the tree line to the back side of the hotel. It appeared they were drinking. Three hours later, well into the evening, they were still there, & that made me uncomfortable. It was clear they weren’t staying in a room. At this point, I’m still trying to give the place the benefit of the doubt considering my prior experiences were always pleasant, but the deal breaker did happen the following morning when I was laying

Would not recommend staying here- bugs everywhere, mold in both my room and my coworkers room. Furniture was broken. My bathroom was not cleaned (hair on towels, toilet etc). Cobwebs in every corner. Exposed electrical and the fire detector in my room was covered. We got in late which is the only reason we stayed, but we moved to a different hotel for our second night. Because of their policy they are refusing to refund us for the night that we did not stay (fairly sure policy also promised us a clean and safe room though). They did offer us new rooms but when we viewed them they were just as bad.

This property is super dirty. Old caked on crusty stains everywhere. I tried to be openminded when they offered a new and hopefully cleaner room but they were just as dirty if not worse. Also broken down furniture and visible mold. Would never stay here again.

Just say no to this location. There wasn't anything that was right. Had to wait forever to check in, room smelled and had questionable stains, ac barely blew air, toilet had poop in it, bathroom door looked like it was from an 80s house. Just say no
