The Westin Tianjin

Almost nothing is working properly in the room. The food of breakfast is terrible. Air conditioner is noise all night and doesn’t work at all.

This hotel has soft beds but the rooms on the east and west side are BOILING HOT! Do not under any circumstances accept a east or west facing room. And it doesn't matter if the open the windows or bring you a fan .... the rooms are boiling hot. There is nothing they can do. March in China has been hot, hot, hot and the Westin room 1421 was miserable. On top of that the staff really can't speak English well and it can get frustrating. A few of the front desk clerks are awesome but for the most part forget this hotel. Stay somewhere else.

First I got a smoking room, I have in my preference non-smoking room. I ask the staff where the Italian Restaurant Prego is, they say 3. Floor. Went to my room, and the down for some food, but it’s closed on Mondays, they didn’t tell me. Next morning there was no running water, they didn’t inform me at check in, but yes there was a paper in the room on the desk where there normally is a welcome paper so I didn’t read it. So major problem should be informed at check in.

不満は少ないが、暖房能力がやや不足だった

It has been 4 years since my last visit , unfortunately I have seen a major downhill turn in this hotel , from check in not able to find my reservation as a platinum member, to a very tired executive lounge , rooms condition was not good and even not cleaned right in the toilet area , room couch had stains on there in which I would not even sit on after not knowing what the stains were , breakfast on the 1st floor , this is my first time seeing instant noodles to choose . I kid u not , 康师傅 instant noodles sitting there , the food was set up honestly not very nicely and the only reason I went there because the lounge breakfast was even worse I was going to use the spa and a major smoke stench coming from the spa service rooms made me do 180 degree turn and leave Executive lounge service was friendly Good location in the city center

水回りが経年劣化により汚れが目立ちましたが、その他は問題なかったです。

I live in Tianjin and a couple times throughout the year I like to spend a weekend at a hotel. The Westin was my choice this last November. Overall the hotel was fine. The location is great due to the proximity to some of my favorite restaurants. I did feel the customer service level wasn’t on par to some of the other Westin hotels I have stayed out. The check-in was abrupt and unfriendly. I was upgrade to a club room during my stay. With the upgrade I did not realize that I could not access the club, this was not mentioned at all during check-in. I found this out after visiting the club to be told I could not access the lounge.
