Off the main road was nice but road getting there lots of pot holds
The front desk person was very rude and unprofessional. They were suppose to refund our money and still has not. He called the police and they came and said he will refund our money but still has not. Now we are taking action to get our money back. Do not stay here. Very filthy and disgusting.
Barley functioning rooms! Doors and locks that are beyond broken, Holes in the bathroom roof, Mold all over roof, and shower head! Sheets that were beyond filthy and Dirt everywhere, I mean honestly is this hotel even supposed to be open?
Just not what I expected and I don't expect much so that should tell you everything rite there!
The room was very unhealthy. It was dirt we had to leave cause my baby was getting sick
Room key wasn’t working when I got back to the room after hours rang the doorbell then knocked manager got mad for waking him up refused to give me a new key or open the door to the room so I can get my luggage out had to call local authorities in order to get my belongings and didn’t even stayed because they kicked me off the property a police officer tried to help and get a new key but the manager said to go away and call his boss never again will I book there or any of my employees
Bathroom rooms are old and dirty. No enough shampoo and soap and lotion.

My family stayed at the travel lodge and before we did we had to pay a deposit of 100$ this morning when we left they said they couldn't give us back our deposit because we were too loud they kept our deposit.Its not the truth nor is it fair for them to keep our money .i have since filed a complaint with the better business buero.
