Friendly staff

My restroom floor was cracked and it felt like I was about to fall down to first floor . Entering the room it smelled like straight cigarettes , my AC was wasn’t running all the way my room got too hot

The room is spacious

The I was given was roaches infested, spider and it sort. It was cold and we were kept in cold waiting for the attendance because he was alone to attend to us. No office was open for us to stay and to keep us from the cold.

Close to Hobby Airport

Everything was locked, we couldn't go to the pool because the hotel had it locked. The main lobby was locked. The rooms looked like they were from the 60's and 70's. I would have moved to another location but they wouldn't give a refund. Even the towels we used were stained, at least I hope that was the reason. We did get have fresh towels everyday.
