De kamer was uitstekend, precies wat we hadden verzocht. Service / schoonmaak was ook super. Eten was heerlijk en ook gevarieerd. We zijn echt tot rust gekomen en het was allemaal heel leuk en precies goed. Niet te stijf of klasse maar mooi en verzorgd, je voelt je daar echt op je gemak.

Het avondprogramma (shows en zo) was net iets minder dan ik had verwacht. Fantastische eet-opties, maar waar ik een volledige oriental show dacht te zien, was er slechts een buikdanseres. (een goede, dat wel!!) Maar ik hoopte op misschien Tanura, upper egypt dans en wellicht een fakir of zoiets. De kwaliteit was het probleem niet, maar de hoeveelheid. Daarnaast wil ik graag een tip geven aan het personeel. Let niet op aannames over gasten (zoals nationaliteit of verwacht gedrag), maar kijk naar hoe mensen zich daadwerkelijk opstellen. Ons gezelschap bestond uit twee Europeanen en één Egyptenaar. In het begin merkten we dat de service richting de Egyptische gast wat terughoudender was, dan we gewend zijn. In werkelijkheid was hij juist degene die het verblijf organiseerde, alles betaalde en zich zeer hoffelijk opstelde. Zodra dat duidelijk werd (o.a. door gezellige sociale interactie, en fooien), veranderde de service merkbaar en werd deze uitstekend — zoals we dat kennen van eerdere bezoeken. Dat verschil was opvallend. Juist omdat de service uiteindelijk zo goed is, zou het mooi zijn als iedere gast vanaf het begin op datzelfde niveau wordt benaderd, zonder dat dit eerst “bewezen” hoeft te worden. Verrassingen maken de ervaring beter voor iedereen. Uiteindelijk waren we meer dan tevreden.

The beach needs more care

Enough shadow at the pool. Beautiful flowers everywhere. A nice little breeze. Plenty of sun. Great location. Very quiet. Walking distance to Harbour with big yachts. Our room had an awesome view on the lagoon.

The hotel very small in very congested place no they make it comfortable as much as they can specifically the staff and they serve a very testy breakfast compare with 5 stars hotel . The only problem is parking but it is understood as hotel located in the down town area . All they are very polite and helping all the time . Thanks to all .

We loved it very much. It was clean, the staff was very friendly and nice. A lot of guests come very year and are friends with the staff, which makes a beautiful atmosphere. The food was amazing. We would come again.

The guests were rather older people. We were one of few young couples. Just for your information.
