Food and drinks are too expensive. Told staff our air con wasn’t working and was given some rubbish explanation. It cannot be controlled so was too hot during hot days and nights. Sofa beds are rubbish and old. No safe or fridge provided.
The location was lovely, the breakfast plentiful and quick service. What we did not like was the fact that we could not adjust the temperature in the bedroom, it was too hot but seemed to be set at 22c whereas we did not require it on at all. So should have been able to either turn it down at least but when we did it kept re adjusting itself to 22c again.
Room was really good had wheelchair acsess for my husband so nice big room the lady serving breakfast in the morning was really cheerful staff where friendly hotel was good overall

Very friendly and helpful staff. I have certain food intolerances and they were really helpful in sorting out my food for my evening meal and breakfast. Also a fantastic shower.

I was a little bit disappointed about how many people did not wear masks ( I do all of the time) There was no action taken by the hotel to make people adhere to the rules
The room appeared to not be used or cleaned for a while. There were several spider webs on the ceiling with spiders in them.
Just a stop over on the way down south. Good location near to town, easy to find. .
Beautiful surroundings, kind and friendly we really enjoyed. Only down fall the room wasn't cleaned properly
