Emplacement pratique : à côté de la gare et du métro , pas loin du vieux port ( possibilité d’y aller à pieds ). Le réceptionniste le jour de notre arrivée était top : gentil et accueillant

Très mauvaise isolations que ça soit des couloirs ou bien des fenêtres qui donnent sur l’extérieur ( surout que lon est en pleine ville ….) Volet extérieur cassé ( impossible de le fermer , un rideau dans la chambre est présent mais laisse tout de même entrer la lumière ). À notre arrivée pas de serviette dans la chambre , elles sont arrivées après …. Petite salle de bain avec une douche qui ne retient pas bien l’eau .

L’emplacement, la literie confortable, la propreté des draps et serviettes de toilettes. Le personnel très agréable, souriant et à l’écoute.

Aucun problème à l’utilisation mais chambre sale, toiles d’araignées dans le « dressing », salle de bains vétuste un rafraîchissement ne ferait pas de mal, bas du bac à douche cassé. Bouche d’aération très sale, plafond de la salle de bain plein d’humidité, pommeau de douche catastrophique la plupart des jets d’eau bouchés,mauvaise odeur. Les escaliers commun sale aussi.

Très bon emplacement. Bon accueil à toute heure. Petit-déjeuner copieux. Possibilité de consigne des bagages lors du départ.

La présence d'un mini-réfrigérateur dans la chambre serait bienvenue.
