El personal, todo, encantadores y atentos. Fuimos a celebrar el cumpleaños de mi madre y nos pusieron champán en la habitación y una tarta en el restaurante para que soplara las velas. Las instalaciones super bien, al hotel no le falta un detalle. Pero sin lugar a dudas mi parte favorita fue el buffet, increíble la calidad de todo lo que ofrecen, muy bien organizado y exquisito.

Todo estaba perfecto y muy cómodo hemos estado hospedados 4 noches en Semana Santa con media pensión, la comida riquísima y el personal muy amable, volveremos en verano

"Chiclana Tropical"

La habitación es amplia, con balcón grande. Me gustó mucho el acceso privado a la playa y en general el ambiente "tropical" del hotel. He tenido necesidades específicas y el personal las supo atender de maravilla. Incluso, me han cobrado por error dos veces ( error del sistema nuevo) yo no me di cuenta y ellos se pusieron en contacto conmigo y me abonaron el pago demás.

Es un hotel muy grande, demasiado grande, lo cual es chulo pero desplazarse internamente se hace cansado ej. Ir de la habitación al restaurante o de recepción/entrada a la habitación es un tramo considerable. Por poner una pega eh! Aún así lo recomiendo 100%
