The manager was honest and acceptive of our issues, she supported a refund as the property did not match our expectations and was generally of poor condiditon. 10/10 for her response

The room was extremely run down, smelt and the faciltiies were tired and worn out. The window did not lock they used a metal pole to wedge it closed. There were holes in the wall and liots of existing damage. When reported the staff were reasonably defensive however did honor a refund, stayed 1 out of the two nights.

Clean and comfortable

If you are not use to aeroplanes flying over then this would not be good for you but I had a great sleep, staff were very accommodating.
