The staff were friendly and very helpful

The management were wonderful and couldn’t do enough for you. The motel is older but the rooms were clean, comfortable and well maintained with a good selection of appliances and stocked with quality tea and coffee. All a single traveler could want.

All of it, need extra blankets for the cooler nights

The rooms were mouldy, the bathroom had water damage. The beds were horrible and hard. The photos and reviews do not depict room 18 that we were placed in. I had to scramble to find new accommodation for the 5 of us and was refused a refund

Amazing place to stay everything is close an handy staff are great wouldn't stay anywhere else in Mackay staff go above an beyond to help an make the stay as comfortable as possible thank you to all staff for making our stay wonderful an thank you for everything
