bice hotel, in the middle of St Petersburg, friendly stuff

Location was good, walking distance to the subway station and friendly staff who were courteous and spoke good english.

Kavereiden kanssa pitkä viikonloppureissu. Hotelli valittiin pelkästään yöpymispaikaksi ja siihen se oli erinomainen. Respassa puhuivat hyvää englantia. suosittelen kohtuuhintaisena ja ihan mukavan siistinä paikkana.

За эту цену просто супер. Есть мелкие минусы - неудобства в санузле, подьезд и недостаток мест на завтраке, но грех жаловаться за эту цену и это расположение.

near the river and the park that has the statue of St. Peter. Near the winter palace, you can go by walking, also near an old church (I forgot the name) just 5 minutes from it by walking. The hotel is clean, comfortable, internet is fast, staff is friendly. near bus stop.

Прелесть! Все по домашнему, но главное, что все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности, при доступной цене. Понравилось!

the hotel is good and cheap, but not enough hot water to bath

Hotelli sijaitsee loistavalla paikalla, keskustassa ja silti rauhallisella kadulla. Lähellä olivat nähtävyydet, ravintolat, metro, bussit ja ostospaikat. Hotellin sisäänkäynti ja rappukäytävä ovat tyrmistyttävät. Nettiyhteys toimi moitteettomasti. Aamiainen oli vaatimaton. Kylpypyyhkeitä ei saatu vaihdettua käytön jälkeen, ei kuulemma ollut enempää.

We didn't have water the first 24hr day and the staff didn't know why or who would repair/restart water. They did their best but not being able to flush toilet was a big disappointment. I think I would feel better about the experience if the staff knew what was going on. We got a lot of "maybe in 2 hours". Other local hotels booked so couldn't move and we were naive enough to think they had an idea about the problem. If you have water the place is alright and location good.
