Prince Motel

I only had to spend one night there, but the motel was clean, the man at the desk professional, polite and efficient...so there's no way I can complain about anything :-).

It's an easy to find hotel on the main highway through town (East-West). Check in was easy and upbeat. The room was quiet and large, with two queen beds. The area is considered dangerous by locals and there are signs in the parking lot to take your valuables inside. We didn't find it that bad. You can easily find a running route heading west on the main road in a westerly direction toward the cemetery. Restaurants are within walking distance.

We stayed only one night, the kitchen units are next to Hwy 16 and it was difficult to sleep, in the back the rooms might not be so noisy if you're a light sleeper don't get a unit with a kitchen. The people who were on the desk were very pleasant though.

Motel was fine, staff were great, no problems. Not a great area however, although I understand there is quite an influx of transients in all the downtown area.

Prince Motel is a great place for a good stay, clean rooms and excellent hospitality. Ample space for parking. Above all frequent stays are added up and every 10th stay is free! Very moderate rates and close to most amenities.

Loved my stay at this newly refurbished hotel, easy check in nice room with TV, Coffee Maker, Fridge and Microwave. The bed was comfortable and clean, nice bath room and shower. Restaurants close by just opposite.

This place had a 3-star rating on Priceline and is at best a 2-star. It was inexpensive, and near where we were when we looked for a room, but next time I'll go elsewhere for the same rate. No ice machine. Is that even possible in North American? Getting the toilet to flush properly was an acquired skill. Flatscreen TV was touted, but CNN was an "unauthorized" channel, so I didn't even look for other cable news outlets. Very little counter space in bathroom There are way better Motel 6s and the like. It was clean, and the woman at the desk was pleasant, but this is no 3-star in my experience. The location is good, on Rte 16 near the city center but not in the heart of town.

No service at all.Left some stuff here, they didn't give me my stuff. Bad service.

Decent room for the price and there's an A&W right across the street & a McDonalds & 7-11 just down the street so incredibly convenient:) Was comfortable and would stay there again for the price alone. Customer service was excellent:)
