Its cheaper then most places but its not worth it, the bed was hard and you could feel all the springs, the wifi barely worked, the AC unit would make the sound of a door slamming when every 20-30 minutes, the interior was old and outdated, and there was no way to keep the outside light from lighting up the room at night, the curtains that were there did do their job at all.

Decent place to stay if all you need are a good bed and a clean bathroom. Very reasonably priced as well. My family has stayed here several times when we drive from Prince Rupert to Vancouver and back and we have never had any problems with the staff or the cleanliness of the rooms. Staying here again in August.

Excellent place to stay when on a road trip. Nice and clean.

Not too much from the outside but very clean and comfortable on the inside. Better than the 4 star we stayed in in Whistler. Much cleaner. And close to everything that you need around town like restaurants and bars and theater.

The staff at the Prince Motel were very professional and courteous. The rooms were clean and if we required anything they would not hesitate to assist.

Yes, the decor feels like you are saying with your mother or grandmother depending on your age. However, it is meticulously clean and you feel someone cares about your experience; they did their very best with what they have. It is not a "bad" neighborhood, it is an immigrant neighborhood and this is a bonus because you have a variety of ethnic restaurants nearby. The hosts are friendly and helpful. A good choice if you need to overnight on a budget.

I stay at a lot of hotels, good ones and cheap ones, I get it. This one was the worse. From the ant traps in the rooms to the people camped out in front of the rooms in the parking lot. I returned to my room on day two to find house keeping hadn't been there, after phoning the front desk, I was told housekeeping is every two days. Well I must need a refresher course in math because I'm pretty sure that if house keeping is every two days, you should have at least seen them once after 4 nights, I did not. Worse hotel I've ever stayed at, I would rather sleep in a rental car.

Any hotel that has stains on the sheets and a sign on the door saying it is a pet friendly hotel but also tells u that if u leave your pets in the room they will let them loose is not a good hotel to stay in
