"Exceptional"

De locatie was schitterend midden in het bos, gezellig dorp en uitvals wegen naar ander plaatsen.

Geen airco op de kamer, het was het weekend erg warm buiten. Er stond wel een tafelventilator maar die gaf geen verkoeling.

Prachtige locatie aan de rand van het bos. Uitstekende uitvalsbasis voor fietstochten. Goeie Veluwe vibe in het hotel.

Het was erg warm in de kamer. Gelukkig was er wel een ventilator aanwezig, maar een airco is wel welkom op hete dagen.

Nice and cozy hotel, comfortable rooms, very good delicious breakfast, friendly stuff, good swimming pool, gym.

It was a dirty ventilator in the cupboard in the room.

"Niet voor herhaling vatbaar."

Eten en bediening was goed.

Weinig verlichting in de kamers. Weinig opbergruimte. Moeilijk te bedienen koffiezetapparaat op de kamer, waarbij de beschrijving ook nog in het Engels was. Grote vlekken op de vloerbedekking. Onpraktische badkamer. Lange gang tot aan de lift. Weinig parkeerplaatsen in de buurt van de ingang.

"Geweldig!! Ik kom zeker terug (zodra m’n pup volwassen is haha)"

De locatie is geweldig. Ik was op reis met mijn twee honden waar ontzettend lief op werd gereageerd. Wij voelde ons alle 3 erg welkom! We kwamen erg laat aan in de avond (vooraf aangegeven) en zowel het Front Office als F&B team was FANTASTISCH en had ervoor gezorgd dat ik nog (heeeeerlijk) kon eten, ondanks dat de keuken eigenlijk al dicht was. Dat is SERVICE!!

De accommodatie is fantastisch (met name de prachtige ligging direct aan het bos). Het enige wat ik zou adviseren aan het hotel is gasten met honden (of enkel pups) iets dichter bij de ingang te laten verblijven. Ik had 1 volwassen en 1 pup mee, helaas moesten we vanuit het verste deel van het hotel naar de uitgang lopen, maar op de helft van onze ‘route’ naar buiten kon mijn pup het helaas niet meer houden. Het personeel was erg lief en ik heb het netjes opgeruimd. Kan gebeuren, maar voelde mij er wel een beetje schuldig over richting het super lieve en behulpzame personeel.
