Just perfect And has we booked late and arrived late the The booking didn’t show the staff still did they very best and sorted the room 5 star for staff Thankyou

very nice hotel in the center of Grächen. the area downstairs was lovely with fireplace and relaxing area. our room was small but clean and had all needed. The staff is very friendly.

The room was wonderful, the hotel had great spa amenities!

The wait to check-in for our room, and the front desk closing at 5pm. We had to leave early for a flight in the morning and the whole downstairs of the hotel was pitch black, not very convenient for guests leaving before sunrise.

First, hat down to the staff. The must wonderful, caring and professional. Couldn't ask for better service. The room was also in a very quiet area, so it was easy to sleep and the room was big and comfy. The food was magnificent. Almost every guest, including the person in reception had a dog. Such a dog loving place it is so heart warming ❤️ They did had a nice spa to relax after a long day, 2 dry and 1 wet. And a area out to cool off (but not naked). Over all the positive wins greatly over the negative, so highly recommended 👍🏻

The food was great but also expensive. So be prepared. The hotel have a potential to be amazing, but maybe more staff to care about the spa? Could be that because of the timing(Christmas) they were a bit short staffed. And the glass door that doesn't close and slide...not the best..
