Gostamos de tudo. Quarta amolo, muito limpo, roupas de cama e toalhas de banho cheirosas. Todos os funcionários muito atenciosos, desde o pessoal da recepção até os funcionários do café. Todos muito prestativos. Café da manhã simples mas muito gostoso. Se voltar a Lima, me hospedarei novamente no Vila Santa com certeza.

Fiquei hospedada no quarto 904. As vezes escutava um barulho vindo do 10o. Andar e me assustava. Sempre depois das 11 horas da noite.

O hotel é bem localizado apesar de não ficar muito próximo ao Centro gastronômico de Miraflores, ainda assim tem muitos restaurantes e todo tipo de comércio próximo. Todos os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos e educados. O café da manhã é gostoso e satisfatório, único problema é que tem o mesmo cardápio todos os dias. A Gabriela é um encanto e dá um toque de carinho as manhãs No geral gostamos de tudo!
