It was in a convenient place to visit family

Food was wonderful and would definitely return to the restaurant. The accommodation however was cold and in need of some T L C

Due to a mix up at another hotel we needed to find somewhere to stay the night. It was gone 6pm. Found this through a . Com site. Cheaper than turning up. Buyer beware- end cost of room with this website didn’t include VAT so dearer on paying bill. Kitchen staff really helpful esp as we have dietary requirements. ambience quiet and not hurried. Our room equipped v similar to chains such as premier inn. Tea/ coffee in our room appreciated. Room was a family room but was only provided with one hand towel and one bath sheet- didn’t bother asking for more at reception. Didn’t have breakfast as wanted to start our journey. Would stay there again but would use another . Com site or the hotel direct.

Good food, great room, unfortunately stay wasn’t helped by a lack of sleep due to some gipsys that had set up nearby with their dogs barking most of the night

Serving staff excellent. Just finished washing the damp smell out of the clothes we took! Hotel let down by poor management controls. One waitress on for breakfast with 14 ish diners. Room cleaned badly. Corners in bathroom black, and mouldy on window in bedroom. Food in nearby meeting room left from when we arrived until we left. In short we won’t return.

Clean tidy friendly staff and good value

Very comfortable room with good facilities. Good location - very quiet & peaceful but in easy reach of Kidderminster, Worcester etc.

The hotel is really basic, not thing special, the room is damp and bed is not comfortable at all. We only have one mug, one set of towel to share for two of us. In the morning shower, I had a really nice hot shower but when my husband’s turn he only managed to washed his hair then water went cold! When we checked out told the receptionist, she was apologetic and said something wrong with boiler. The hotel is not really for 3 stars, I think Premiere Inn is way better than this. Sorry!

It did what it said on the can, a over night stay... room was fine, could of done with a hoover... other people's hair on the floor! Breakfast was good and dinner to although they did not highlight the special offers, and I had to ask, they also charged me the higher price on check out but that was recifyed

Stayed here for a night to celebrate a our first anniversary after getting married here last year. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. We stopped in same room as on our wedding night and staff remembered us from the day. Would highly recommend.
