Chambers Wildlife Rainforest Lodges

Great location, easy instructions for late arrival, lovely cabin. It was fantastic seeing the striped possum, the glider and the bandicoot. However, I strongly hope that attracting them with honey conforms to national park rules and does not encourage feeding wildlife for financial profit. A note confirming this in the very informative folder found in the cabin would really help make me feel better.

More tea bags, please! There were only four for three guests staying one night. Perhaps a teapot might help save on teabags. Also, shampoo, shower gel and conditioner dispensers might be more sustainable for an Ecolodge. Finally, there were only two large towels for three guests. I mentioned it before we left and was expecting some kind of gesture, but I only got an apology which was good, but a little disappointing.

We liked the location. Easy to find and peaceful place. Information on the wildlife was excellent. The viewing platform was a real bonus. The rooms were perfect for our needs.

There wasn’t anything that we did not like. The spa pool was not working but that was really minor

Absolute peace and quiet. Tranquillity on a plate.
