Chambers Wildlife Rainforest Lodges

It was clean. You can self cater. You are in the rainforest so hear all the lovely birds. Can see some of the local wildlife if you are lucky.

Not much really

Great little lodge with a big, comfortable bed and armchairs and a great verandah. Perfect rainforest location, and proximity to and ability to see wildlife.

Insufficient space for luggage, and the only place to hang wet towels was the fold-up clothes airer.

Beautiful newly renovated cabins in the middle of the rainforest surrounded by wildlife with fully equipped kitchen. Loved it!

Nothing, was perfect

The location was very central to most things. 10 minutes from Yungaburra and the unit was very clean.

This place was a little off the beaten track - you needed a car to get there, and the road in was a bit rough - however, there had been a lot of rain. The rooms were good and well-appointed, but the beds were a bit hard. There was a decent sized balcony, but insect repellent is recommended. The wildlife viewing platform was a great option, and there were plenty of birds in the immediate vicinity. The weather wasn't great during our stay otherwise I would have been very keen to test out the swimming pool!

Amazing. Loved the birds and scrub turkeys that visited our deck, the electric fireplace, recliners and dehumidifier in the lodge, and just the peace and quiet of the surroundings, especially when having a morning coffee on the deck. We hardly ever saw staff or other guests so it felt like a real immersion in nature.
