Lage ist gut um mit dem Bus 83 nach Venlo hinein zu fahren. Das Bad war sauber , wenn auch klein. Frühstück gut. Für eine Nacht ausreichend.

Zimmer billig eingerichtet. Fenster zur Strasse nicht richtig dicht. Strasse daher nachts laut. Raum war sehr kalt als wir ankamen. Es roch nach Rauch trotz Rauchen verboten Schild im Zimmer.

"The structure is very good but staff is disappointing"

The place overall is really nice and comfortable. I have not complains in that regard

The staff are not prepared to deal with the public. The ladies are grumpy, don't communicate and if ask something They get mad at you. That becomes the staying very unpleasant. I was fearing to approach the front desk cause of their behavior/lack of care with customers

"Für den gebuchten Zweck in Ordnung"

Wir haben das Hotel für die Teilnahme am Venloop gebucht, da der Bus nach Venlo nur 5‘ entfernt abfuhr.

Auf dem Flur war es bis abends ausgesprochen laut. Beim Frühstück kam es zu Engpässen.
