Fuller Lake Motel

Motel was close to the highway and to sleep we had to open the window so noise was an issue. The TV and converter did not work.

Clean room at a fair price. Quiet for being so convenient to the highway. Basic amenities include wifi and locally roasted coffee for the in-room electric drip machine. One tesla charging station available, but no J1772s. Saw some of the dodgy reviews and decided to take a chance, will stay here again when needing a stop “on the way”.

Although the property is older, it is well kept, clean, quiet and very affordable. Exactly what we were looking for!

Very disappointed. It served as a place to sleep but nothing more. Ownership needs to invest in updating

The picture showing is not what the rooms looked like. There was no hot water on the entire property when we stayed there. The room was dirty and without air conditioning. We opened the window, only to be right by the dumpster. On top of that we paid the price of chain hotels in the area with no apology or concern by the owner for any of these issues. I had to fight and threaten to get a refund for the next night as we decided to not stay another night. DO NOT STAY HERE!

It's just okay, the water service was cut off in the morning without letting the people know. You get what you pay for.

Internet was nonexistent. Phone would latch on at least me bar, for a few seconds, and drop. Wife had to work remotely and couldn’t. She ended up staying up all night trying to work and kept me and my son up. We were exhausted and miserable. I spent 1.5 hours trying to ask to cancel on hotels.com, but they kept dropping the call and asking me the problem over and over. Finally told me they couldn’t cancel. Then asked the hotel manager to cancel the second day and they refused. So we put up with two nights like that. On top of the internet problem, the room photos had two rooms with a door inbetween. This one didn’t. Also, it smelt like it wasn’t used for a month. And the room was VERY dark. I actually had to use my phone flashlight, hanging in the imupper cabinets in order to be able to cook food. Unreal. Also, the hot and cold taps were reversed, since 1965, and somehow the owner didn’t bother to fix that mistake for 57 years. So pathetic.

Overall the manager was helpful. Priced right in the context of what’s available. I have no problem with staying again. Kitchenette would come in handy for a longer stay. Restaurant next door served good fair.

For the price, overall, it is a nice motel. However, the owner is trying to rent things himself, and when I ordered new towels for the second day, because the shower was leaking, he said that he would bring them up, and never did. Disappointing that we couldn’t have the towels for a second day.
