La ubicación.

Deben de haber cambiado de propietarios y los nuevos les falta algo de profesionalidad. Había pequeñas carencias en la habitación , alguna luz fundida, no había papel higiénico , la alcachofa de la ducha estaba estropeada y salía agua por todas partes menos por su sitio... Incluía el desayuno y me pareció que dejó mucho que desear comparándolo al del año pasado, sin entrar en detalles...

"Estancia insatisfactoria en el hotel Arha Potes"

Únicamente la ubicación, aunque no había acceso de vehículo para cargar y descargar el equipaje y el acceso no era cómodo.

Un grupo de 10 personas reservamos 5 habitaciones dobles para el día 19 de Octubre en el hotel Arha Potes con número de reserva Mostramos profunda decepción con el hotel ya que no ha estado a la altura de lo anunciado y esperado. Encontramos múltiples deficiencias en el alojamiento y en la atención recibida que afectó negativamente a nuestra estancia ya que solo hubo una persona durante la entrega de llaves y no hubo nadie en el hotel hasta el día siguiente al desayuno. Consideramos que la relación calidad-precio fue claramente insatisfactoria y solicitamos una respuesta por escrito con una compensación adecuada por los inconvenientes sufridos: Problemas con el ascensor que no funcionaba Falta de papel higienico y jabón en alguna habitación Suciedad en la ropa de cama de algunas habitaciones Calefacción al máximo que no se podía regular por lo que hubo que dormir con la ventana abierta. Problemas en las habitaciones como ruidos de puertas y ventanas que cerraban con dificultad.
